PRODUCT QUALITY
We per-select the best possible quality products for every purchase order to ensure you are getting only the best. If you are not happy with the quality of the products you or your clients receives, we will pay for the product to be returned. Once we have the product in hand we will replace your order at our cost or your money back.
IMPRINT QUALITY
We imprint our products with premium quality inks and top of the line machinery. Along with our professional graphic artist, we guarantee your promotional products will stand out. With each item carefully pad printed by hand, we double check everything to make sure registration is high, even in the small spaces with multiple colors. If the imprint should be unsatisfactory or of poor quality for any reason, we will refill the order at no extra cost upon return at times.
Accurate Delivery
We promise accurate production and delivery upon approval, which means your order gets delivered accurately and on time to where it needs to be, even overseas! We can even switch the address location as long as it has not yet shipped! If it doesn’t make it to you on time, we’ll refund your entire order. If you have your own UPS account you will not be charged for using the account! If you have a FedEx account there will be a handling fee.

Once we ship your packages we will send you the tracking information to watch your package as it moves in transit. We also make sure that if a package is lost in transit we will do all we can to find it or replace it. NOTE: Express shipping will not be used unless requested

At O&S Supply, we strive to make sure everything we do honors our commitment to the highest quality and give our customers what they deserve.The minimum Number of pieces for a custom shape order is 2000 A one time mold production fee of $563 (V) per mold. Average production time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. All custom shapes are shipped from the factory overseas and carry a shipping fee based on weight, size, schedule, and number of pieces. Shipping will be by air or by sea depending on the order size and shipping cost.
Rush Orders
If an order is placed and needs to be produced in 24 hours or less, it is subject to a rush fee. This fee will bump the order up in production for a faster turn around time. Please, contact us for further information and pricing.
